Hilding and Jeannette Franson
Resident Caretakers – Royal Alexander Apartments, Duncan, BC

Hilding and Jeannette have been with us since 1998. They manage local leasing, tenant concerns, site security, and all maintenance at the Royal Alexander Apartments.

Avid horticulturalists, both Hilding and Jeannette raise exotic orchids and are members of the Victoria Orchid Society and the North Central Vancouver Island Orchid Society. Both would like to everyone to know that they are from the Prairies and are passionate supporters of The Saskatchewan RoughRiders – winners of the 2007 Grey Cup.

Les Sloan has been a valued employee since 1991 and a long time resident of Mackenzie. He oversees the maintenance, custodial services, tenancy improvements & local leasing enquiries for both the Evergreen Centre and the Town Centre Mall.

Les has served as a volunteer on many local Mackenzie committees and clubs over the last 30 years.

In his spare time Les renovates and restores residential houses for fun and profit and travels abroad with his wife Kathy. They have three children and 2 grandchildren.

Jan has been a valued employee since 2004 and has lived in Ft. St. James for 16 years. He oversees the maintenance, custodial services & local leasing enquiries for Ydenberg Properties Ltd. in Ft. St. James.

Jan lends his time to the Ft. St. James Curling Club Executive and the Ft. St. James Community Visioning Committee. Jan is also a licensed Marriage Commissioner.

Jan is married to Allison. He fishes and hunts in his not-so-spare time, arranges fishing and hunting charters under his company Big Red Z Charter & Rentals, and still finds time to play with his two children, Nicholas and Aleshia.
